Taro Okamoto Art Exhibition: “100th Anniversary Exhibition: Taro Okamoto and Okinawa”

Last Saturday (June 18), I went to see the Taro Okamoto art exhibition. Deeply moved by the idea that “there is something” in “nothing,” Taro Okamoto became increasingly fascinated by Okinawa.

Well, I felt that Okamoto’s work was characterized by its use of primary colors (though I’m no expert on art).

The photographs of Okinawa from the 1960s on display were also fascinating.
